Definition of terms
Good mean the window films, custom cut films or other products supplied by Twilight Tint Limited and the subject of the order made by you.
You and your mean the person ordering the good from Twilight Tint Limited. Twilight Tint Limited or we or us or our means Twilight Tint Limited with a registered office based at Unit 8, Saint James Industrial Estate, Westhampnett Road, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 7JU. Payment
We accept payment over the phone and via paypal. We accept all major credit (not american express) and debit cards. We do not accept cheque.

Our contact
A legally binding contract with you will only arise once Twilight Tint Limited has received payment for the goods in full from you.

Price
The price for any goods ordered by you will be the price shown at the time you place your order and will include all taxes applicable from time to time.
Delivery charges within the UK are shown at the time you place your order. Delivery to locations outside of the UK mainland will be made only with our express prior agreement and additional delivery charges may be payable in that event. If you require delivery outside of the UK mainland, you are advised to contact us by telephone or by using our contact us form in advance of placing your order. If there is any change in the delivery charge payable we will notify you before your order is accepted by us.

Right for you to cancel your contract
You cannot change or cancel your order if the goods you have ordered are measured or custom-made to your requirements or specifications as these goods will not be re-saleable by us.
For non-bespoke goods (for example: film by the metre), we regret that once your order has been accepted by us in relation to such goods and entered on our manufacturing process, we are unable to accept any changes to these goods or cancellation of your order without charging a handling charge equal to 30% of the price paid for these goods.
If prior to delivery you do wish to change your order or cancel it after we have accepted it, please contact us as soon as possible on our enquiry line or by using our contact us form of our website and we will try to assist you. Our acceptance of cancellation of your order will be subject to retention by us of a handling charge equal to 30% of the price paid for these goods. The balance of the price paid will be reimbursed to you within 30 days of the notification of cancellation.

Return policy
This doesn't apply to any custom, measured, film by the metre or bespoke cut orders.
If you are not satisfied with the goods or change your mind, you can return the goods in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of the item being received by you. We will issue a refund less any postage and packing costs incurred. Return goods must be sent recorded or tacked delivery as we cannot be made liable for returned goods lost in transit. You will be responsible for the return postage payment. You must first notify us in writing ensuring you include your order number and the stated reason for return using our contact form section of our website otherwise we shall have no liability to you. Before you return the goods to us, you must have our express written agreement for you to return the goods. All postage charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, if the design you have chosen is not available in the dimensions you have provided, if you require delivery outside the United Kingdom, or if one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information made by us and/or received by us from our suppliers.
If we cancel your order we will notify you and refund your payment as soon as possible and within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered or inconvenience.

Stock shortages
If the goods you order are not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and suggest a suitable replacement or offer you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Product descriptions and measurement
The product information and photographs contained within our website are provided for illustrative purposes only and we cannot warrant that they are accurate. If you are in any doubt as to the precise nature of the product you wish to order, you are advised to order samples. Details of how to do this can be found on our website shop.
As the goods you order are manufactured according to the design and measurements you provide in your order, it is very important that your order is accurate in this respect. We cannot accept the return of goods by reason of the design or measurements you provided being incorrect. We recommend that you contact us by telephone or by email if you would like guidance on how to take the required measurements accurately.
Whilst every attempt will be made by Twilight Tint Limited to ensure that the goods sold and delivered match in every respect any sample or description shown or given or sent to you, any minor or immaterial variation or change in colour or pattern between the sample or description and the goods delivered shall not entitle you to reject the goods nor to claim any compensation for such variation or change.

Delivering your goods
We always endeavour to dispatch the Goods as quickly as physically possible. We use Royal mail and other dispatch companies to that purpose.
Orders placed prior to 1.00 pm Monday-Friday will be sent on the same or next working day. Orders should generally be received within 2-5 working days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be sent the next working day or the one day after. Next day delivery can be arranged by special request. All deliveries will need to be signed for and it is your responsibility to be available to receive the goods. In the event of 2 failed delivery attempts, extra delivery cots may be charged to you. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
For made to measure product (for example: solar window film blinds), orders will be dispatched as soon as possible within two to three weeks of the item being purchased. We will inform you as soon as the made to measure items are dispatched.
Ownership of, and risk in, the goods will pass to you once they have been delivered to you and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction If you return the goods, ownership of, and risk, in the goods returned will pass to us on receipt of the goods by us.
Any claim for non-delivery of goods must be made within 14 days of an order being placed.
For items that have not arrived Twilight Tint Limited operate a 25 working days policy from the date of your order before we can class your order as being lost in transit. If your goods do not arrive once these time scales have been breached then we'll gladly refund you the full amount or repeat your order. We will have no liability to you to issue a refund or replacement order if we have not been notified by yourself of non delivery of your order after 14 days of the order being placed.

Installation of goods
Our general guidelines fitting instructions will be included with your delivery. We recommend that you read these fully before starting to fit your goods. They should only serve as a guide and cannot be blamed for bad installation or problems arising from installation.

Twilight Tint Limited will not be held responsible for any problems encountered when installing your goods.

Defective goods
If your goods are damaged, defective, or of incorrect quantity on delivery, you are entitled to return them to us provided you have first notify us in writing as set out in the Contact Details section of our website otherwise we shall have no liability to you. Before you return the goods to us, you must have our express written agreement for you to return the goods. Any claim of defective goods must be made within 7 working days of delivery of the goods. The goods should be returned to us tracked or signed for in the original packaging and securely sealed. Any requests to return defective goods must be made within 14 days of delivery of the goods. Return postage will be at your own cost.
If on receipt by Twillight Tint Limited it appears that the goods are defective, we will arrange the delivery of replacement goods free of charge or, if you request, a full refund of the price of the defective goods.
The rights you have above do not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

Representations
No statement, description, or recommendation contained in any catalogue, price list, advertisement, communication, pages of our website or by any employee or agent of Twilight Tint Limited shall be interpreted so as to enlarge, vary or override in any way any of these terms and conditions.

Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including without limitation, third party default, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

Warranty
Our window film products come with a 12 months manufacturer's warranty against cracking, discolouration and delaminating. Generally problems found with window films are due to installation error and not product failure. We recommend that you follow general guidelines installation instructions accurately to ensure trouble free product life. This does not affect your statutory rights.
It is your responsibility to determine if your glass is suitable to have the window film fitted to it. Twilight Tint Limited cannot be held responsible for any glass breakage or cracking that may result in the fitting of window films to your glass. We reserve the right to inspect claims.
When the window film purchased from Twilight Tint Limited is not installed by a Twilight Tint Limited professional representative, Twilight Tint Limited cannot be held responsible for defects or breakages resulting from poor installation or incorrect selection of window film for the glazing. These include, but are not limited to, bubbling, visual impairment, scratches, glass breakage or cracking, damage to surrounding fixtures, seal failure and fittings, paint work, personal injury and financial loss.

Twilight Tint Limited does not guarantee that the use of safety/security products will prevent injury or criminal access. The films when applied professionally do comply with the Health & Safety Regulation 14 and Building Regulations Document N however self application does not qualify the glass to these regulations. The film is tested to BS6206/EN12600 which categorise the performance of the window film and from these tests it can be concluded that safety /security film does increase protection against injury but does not necessarily eliminate injury. Similarly the performance of safety/security films can increase the time and effort required to break through glass but does not prevent access by determined attackers.

Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

Third party rights
Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.

Governing law
This contract is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
